On Wednesday the 18th a worker found a body in a culvert. The body had been dragged about 100 meters before being thrown in there. The victim had several stab wounds and it looked like somebody had tried to decapitate the victim but failed. Police reported that the victim was a well known criminal in the neighbourhood, and had only been out of jail for a couple of days, where he had been serving a sentence for assault. Police say a camera installed 50 meters away would have caught the murder happening.
