Yeah, and workers generally wear hard-hats too. I worked in the sheet metal trade for a couple of years, and no way in hell would you catch me on site without rubber-toed boots and head gear. There are guys who've survived absolutely insane falls with the help of protective gear and knowledge on how to land with minimal impact in the least fatal positions* (midair yoga )(Which is not head first, btw) |
