Male was hit after an afternoon visit with family, appears he was struck the night before he was found. His twisted bike was thrown down the road and his skull and face were crushed beyond recognition.

i alway's wonder what my reaction would be if i ran someone over, just the thought of getting out to see the carnage, i witnessed a 5yr old being fataly ran over, and worse still, i was the last person he spoke to, it still haunts me,good work kelly
