Really it shows how meticulous they have been. That guy does not have any blood he looks totally bled out his flesh is pink not the usual red we would see. clearly they took a lot of time doing that to him. What's left is'nt even dripping or wet in any meaningful way. almost like they washed all the pieces. I mean his relatives would'nt have done it for that photo would they?.

Look at it the white sheets they are not even bloodstained. wow.
And they didnt gut him. Just skinned him.... alive? aah my chest hurt thinking about it. But they didnt gut him, I suppose that would hide evidence and minimise dna but he is still whole as such.
