Do you honestly think somebody is going to hold still long enough for this to be done to them alive? I'm pretty sure it's safe enough to say that this was done post mortem. Meaning they were already dead. It's a sick tactic to try and scare the public. The people responsible are nothing but cowards that hide behind their little gang.
