Six Flags Guest Dies After Falling Off 'Goliath' Rollercoaster
A man was killed after he fell from the 'Goliath' rollercoaster at Six Flags Over Georgia. According to local reports, he reportedly hit the tracks multiple times as he fell, and the fall was captured in souvenir photos. Four others were injured. It's unclear how the man fell from the ride. According to some comments on social media, he fell out and hit the ride vehicle three times, before falling onto the roof of the building. His seat was apparently found unlatched and unlocked.  ·  · |

I bet he was overweight and the harness didn't lock in completely. I've been on a few of these coasters and they're relatively safe all things considered. May he rest in peace. |

Holy cow! I've heard of people getting killed on roller coasters and other rides before, but I never thought I'd ever see a picture of someone flying out of one!  I rode this coaster many years ago and lots of others like it, and ironically it is actually one of the milder ones out there. Obviously something went horribly wrong for this to happen. I'd guess either an operator/rider problem (the rider not being properly secured, which has happened before) or a maintenance issue.

You know , someone got a facefull of his chocolate ass crack on the way down. Imagine sitting there in your seat and suddenly fat albert bounces on by with his ass hanging out. Bouncing off of folks like a giant brown pinball. Fat motherfucker knew good and well he shouldn't of been on a damn rollercoaster in the first place. I'm a fat ass as well , and I know better to get in one of those things.

IF he was too big to fit on the seat and still was allowed to go forward with the ride, that was on the park and the attendant that check on the harnesses. It reminds me of the accident in Orlando of the child that was overweight and was allowed to ride and fell for the ride and was killed, in this case the mother advocated for the ride to be dismantled. |
