Common sense parents understand children's fascination with water, mud and especially fire. This parent neither bothered to observe these factors, or never cared anyway. Lock the negligent parent up in the stoopid cell with her addictive TV schedule. She obviously had no other considerations.  What a sad and unnecessary outcome |

one time i got set on fire...i was lucky that somone had a fire extinguisher near by because of what was going on when this happened.

That is a shame that children were involved. It is sad that it seems to typical that the same scenario could happen in any third world country or here in the projects in the states. Poor but have enough children for a starting 5 basketball team...
