Here's the story... Josevânio Tavares da Silva, 21 years old, was drinking at the end of the night in front of a subdivision in the neighborhood.

According to witnesses, they were firing several shots at him sitting on the sidewalk. Bullets hit him and even the beer bottle, which shattered.
