Okay, here's a story, it's not true, but it's a story. One day Bob decided to take his pet rock Maurice for a walk. Now Bob lived in a ghetto filled with disgruntled, laid off carpenters. Anywho, as Bob was walkin along, talking to Maurice and not paying attention to his surroundings, he passed a nasty gang of the above mentioned carpenters, and at the same time the pet rock bit him. Reacting instinctively, Bob threw Maurice away from him, right into the head of the Master Carpenter of the gang. Now they weren't too pleased by this, so they took Bob into the garage and taught him a lesson with the tools of their trade - targeting his knee.

The moral of the story? Beats the fuck outa me - just don't be dissin the Carpenters, they're classic man.

Great story but I want to know what became of Maurice. Was he put to sleep? Re-homed? Did he become a stray rock?
