The first photo, she was still alive and being readied for transport. Apparently she did not make it, because the rest are autopsy photos. The autopsy table can be seen in a photo or two, also they are tracing the projectiles path in one of the photos with a small black rod. I really don't think that she would have survived, due to the placement of the round. At that entry point, the bullet will pretty much sever all neuro functions at the brain stem level. Her skinny arm would not have slowed the .357 Magnum down much at all. Bad hit...
