This man was on his way to work when he recognised individuals and fearing he could be killed, ran back toward the BR-101, but witnesses reported he was chased by the bad guys and hit by eight shots, especially on the head. Victim died at the scene. The killers had fled on foot and were not identified. At the scene, an aunt of the victim told how he had been jailed for nearly two years for alleged involvement with drugs. Also according to the woman her nephew had been released from prison six months ago. The Civil Police confirmed the information. The victim leaves a partner and a daughter. So far, police have no other information about the perpetrator or the motivation for the murder. During 2010, the victim was arrested on charges of coercing a doctor. On occasion, police arrested the suspect with a toy gun. The victim claimed he was having intercourse with the doctor and the two were also using drugs.
