Look behind the so-called baby: They have something that looks like a uterus. If it were a partial birth abortion, the head would be messed up at the base of the skull or it would have been decapitated. I have no doubt that this was once a real fetus, but it is now being used for propaganda purposes. The mother was probably killed and they "harvested" the fetus to use for their own insane purposes. |

I'm sorry but I couldn't help but to crack up laughing at the "looks like a uterus" statement.  That's the placenta. The umbilical cord is attached to it because that's what provides oxygen and nutrients to the baby. Every woman expels the placenta after birth regardless if the baby is alive, stillborn, or aborted. I do agree with everything else you said though because the hole would be in the lower back of the head and not up front.
