Shot in the Amazon During the Night
Borba - Last Saturday (7), Klinger Barbosa de Sá, 34, was found dead, in a vicinal of the INCRA branch, in the Borba municipality, inland of the Amazon. The man had left the house during the night and had not come back. The family began the search for Klinger, who was found with torn organs. He was hit by a shotgun, 20 km from his residence. The circumstances of the death have not yet been confirmed, but police believe he accidentally took the shot during a night hunt    |

My guess, he had a loaded chamber, safety not on and he got sloppy with barrel placement while clambering over logs and such.
