The victim, 30, was killed with three shots to the head in his car in Dawn Park in Timon (MA).
The chief of homicide said the victim was passing in the street in his car when it was followed by two men on a black motorcycle. According to him, the bike stopped, the passenger got out and fired three shots, one hitting the side window that matches the passenger seat. The body of the victim got the leg in the driver's seat and the rest of the body in the backseat. The death was immediate and his face was very bloody. Experts yet found inside the vehicle bales of .38 used in the crime. Witnesses reported that the killer, even after killing the guy, opened the car door to confirm that the victim was actually dead. The victim was self-employed and had no involvement in crimes.
