Reb, are you sure this wasn't the result of gang warfare? Normally cops would aim for the torso in shootouts. These guys look like they were popped in the head, maybe execution style. Could be gang vs gang stuff.  |

yeah like willieboy said plus if your getting shot at you dont go "oh im a cop i better shoot this guy in the chest only" you just fire at your target untill he drops my dads a cop and they arnt trained to shoot to kill.. there trained to shoot to drop the target.. so if thats a shot to the head then fine |
