Shoe Seller Executed in the Street
26 year old woman who made her living selling shoes was murdered in broad daylight yesterday in an assassination-style execution.

She was returning to her shop after lunch, carrying a large bag full of tennis shoes, when a man came up behind her, shot her in the back of the head at close range, and then fled into the crowd.

Suspicions are that the man either -was- or was hired by her ex-boyfriend, whom she'd left about 6 months earlier but who still lurked around making trouble.
