This individual was chased up several flights of stairs in an apartment complex and was cut multiple times with a box cutter similar to the one shown here. note the blood splatter pattern on the steps. also note that the individual was almost decapitated. this was reportedly over a dispute
concerning gang-related drug dealing territory.
