Ah okay. After I posted that I looked up the phrase that ends with puta madre and apparently it translates to “fucking son of a bitch,” but that blights and grasshoppers is bizarre as hell. Maybe it’s supposed to be curses and cockroaches. Who knows

Venga is short for venganza or vengance

Wait a minute! I think it says VERGA and cargar la verga is Mexican slang for when something very bad is going to happen so they are just saying that something very bad is going to happen to those scaurs and grasshoppers.

To help a little in understanding the second message:
This should read: "lacras y chapulines se los cargará la verga"

"lacra" is a person who is a defect of society, lacra also means sequela, like a scar would be a sequela from an accident.

They call "chapulin" (grasshopper) any small time drug seller who is jumping from one place to another to sell his drugs and not get caught by a rival cartel.

"se los cargará la verga" means the dick will carry you which is equivalent to say "you'll be fucked".
