There's an interesting story behind that wound.


He was a russian soldier whose death was ruled a suicide by hanging, so basically the russian army returned to his relatives a closed coffin containing his body. Little the authorities knew that being muslim, his mom had to open the coffin so she could wash his body, and to much of her surprise she (and other relatives) found out that there was something wrong with the body: his theet were shattered, his nails broken, one eye missing, he had burn, stabs and beating marks all over his body: long story short, he had been tortured. Plus, a suicide note found close to his body didn't match at all his own handwriting. I don't want to hijack this good thread by posting the full set of pictures, but you can find them here, and according to this source, after the exhumation of his body, turned out that even sexual violence took place shortly before his death.

Knife is way more efficient than you think, even against opposers whit gun, at close range that is.
