Sorry, GIRL in her underwear (pic#2). And (pic#4), there are scissors and a scalpel next to the girl on her left. I picture a suicide in which she actually snips her arm open like a seamstress. Maybe later, during an attempt to revive her she was dragged by the legs out of her pool of blood.
