Well as an American sitting in the good old USA. I get the point ! Damm looks like it is a good idea to get out of the way ! At least your rivals won't be coming back with a group to extract revenge. Ruthless gansters. Should legalize it all anyway. Any organization that has money for tunnels and submarines are not going to be stopped. Prohibition was a bad idea and look at all the oprganize crime that came from just liquior.
