Seven Killed as Company Van Hits Bus Head-On, Limay, Bataan, 2010
Seven people were killed late on March 9, 2010 when a Kia service van carrying employees of a bag-exporting company in the Freeport Area of Bataan hit a tricycle and then collided head-on with a Genesis passenger bus on the Roman Superhighway in Barangay Duale, Limay, Bataan, Philippines. The dead included two South Korean production managers working for the exporter; the other victims were Filipino employees on the shuttle. Survivors were taken to nearby hospitals, and police took the bus driver into custody while the collision was investigated.
