I am not going to name any names, but a quick Google search will lead you to the killer.

This is an exclusive crime-scene photo of a victim of a serial killer, who mostly preyed on women in the Phoenix, AZ, US area. This woman suffered a GSW to the head, as did most of this SK's victims. All of these vulnerable women were abducted, robbed and/or raped at gunpoint, either during late-night strolls or within' the comfort of their own homes, prior to being finished off with a shot to the head. Initially, police were just investigating a string of robberies and sexual assaults, that soon escalated to murder. The murders happened around 2005/2006.

It's a very cold, yet efficient, M.O. Not nearly as brutal, sadistic or personal as many other SK's. However, it takes a certain kind of cold-blooded SOB to hear a woman (especially one with children) hysterically beg for their lives, and not be moved a single inch.

Only one reputable newspaper published this evidence photo, some 10 years after the murders actually. This was in response to the capture of yet another SK in the area, whose M.O. was also gunning down total strangers. The city newspaper was fed up with senseless gun violence and the violence in general -- so I'm guessing they dug up through some "do not release" folders, and posted this. Phoenix seems to be a hotbed for serial murder, maybe because of its transient nature.
