Seat belt saved my life. Rolled my berlingo at work and if it wasn't for the seat belt I would be dead. One thing though, they'll stop you from being thrown around but you will still get thrown around a bit as you're not completely strapped to the seat. Had a massive black eye and I didn't even hit my head the force was that bad. |
