Look at the blood trails on both girls. They lead up to NO wounds that could bleed. Nicely done but no cigar.

I agree. The first thing I noticed were the blood trails with no open wound. It looks like someone splattered fake blood on them and stood over them letting the drops drip down. The brains are not very realistic either. There are no obvious signs of torn tissue on the bodies.
