Something doesn't add up here. If she was "freezing cold" when the EMS arrived they wouldn't have attempted medical aid. Yet in most of the pictures she is shown hooked up to things that are designed to assist breathing, etc. They must have thought that there was some reason to do this. "Freezing cold" corpses don't get medical attention.

That seems to be consistent with the attempts to render her medical aid which, obviously, turned out to be unsuccessful. It appears that nobody bothered to remove the devices after she was pronounced dead.
