how can you not make sense of it???

the truck driver drove into the "back" of a "stationary" grader because he didn't stop for the intersection
he did seem to brake, but he certainly did try to swerve at the last second

I think it is a 3 way intersection and there is no street to the left for the grader to turn onto. The van simply rear ended a stopped road grader. Why the road grader was stopped, ????????

I think the red fluid on the ground is antifreeze, or else a whole lot of blood volume.

this is a very radical thought i know, but i'm going to go with "red light means stop"

the van didn't have a right hand indicator on, so the question should be "why did the van not stop"

On the afternoon of 3rd January 2021 in Perm (Russia), A.S. was found dead with a bullet to the head. It's thought that it was suicide.

The former head of the correctional colony No. 2 of the Perm Territory ("White Swan") A. S. was found dead in his own car.

On Sunday afternoon in Perm there was a road accident involving two foreign cars. The police found one of the participants in the accident dead in the car, specifying that it was not the accident that caused the driver's death.
