I hope Russia reconsiders shifting the moratorium they currently have in place for capital punishment. The thought of this man being marched into a sound proof room pleases me, but unfortunately no executions have taken place since August 1996.

When you see the conditions and life that (newly) convicted murderers have to live in, you might change your mind. It's basically slow torture.



Ironically former death sentence murderers that had their sentences commuted to life have a much easier time
