On 23rd August 2017 in Nizhny Novgorod (Russia), 3 people were murdered by their co-worker.

S.B. had attacked 44 year old L.B., who was also his lover, with a knife then beat her to death. A.A. + A.K. were killed for 'getting in the way'. 2 other workers, A.K. + S.B., suffered injuries + were taken to the ICU.

When 'S' was arrested, he threw an improvised explosive device made from a syphon can + nails. The police were forced to shoot him to regain control, leaving him wounded.

A colleague stated:

After the breakup, 'S' complained to me that 'L' and her mother began to overpower and blackmail him. It got to the point that they began to follow him. 'L' wanted to break up his family, said nasty things about his wife, threatened to tell her everything. 'S' was very worried about this and was on the verge of collapse. I think the day before she could have told him again that she would go to his wife. And he broke off. After all, in the first Chechen campaign, he fell into a completely green boy, still in military service. This does not pass without a trace. After killing her, I could not stop. Sorry, to be honest, the guy.

All 3 of the deceased were buried on 25th August.

'S' refused to testify to the court, although he fully admitted his guilt.

Witnesses described the fatal event:

Employees of the third molding shop of GAZ. Arriving at work at half past six in the morning, they were preparing for the working day, distributing tasks and drinking tea, when they heard the screams of laboratory assistant L.B., coming from the laboratory. The woman died from the knife first.

Then the accused ran up to the shop employee A.K. and hitting him three times in the chest and neck with a sharpener, went to the exit. The man died on the spot, and the shop was filled with the shouts of the crane operator V.L.: "'S', what are you doing ?!" From a height, the woman saw how the head of the workshop A.A. tried to fight off the attacker with his hands, beating him with a sharpener. A.A. died on the spot.

A few meters from him, a molder attacked the workshop foreman A.K. Having received seven stab wounds, he managed to escape, run away and hid in the locker room. After that, the master rushed out into the street, where he met a colleague S.B., wounded by a sharpening in the shoulder.

Other workers called an ambulance, bandaged the wounded, looked into the laboratory windows and called L.B., trying to find out what was wrong with her, and later found the woman dead. The police officers who arrived were looking for S.B., who was hiding in a vacant lot with concrete slabs.

3rd July 2018

He was released from criminal liability as the Serbsky Psychiatry Centre had declared him insane.

Because how is he insane?
He knew what he was doing. He even acknowledged that he killed the 2 men and injured the other 2 because they got in the way.
