What a waste, this is kinda sad, I'd like to know what actually happened.

I assume she fell from a high place considering the huge fracture in her head and her broken ankle, my assumption is that she fell on that and foot immediately lost balance while newton's second law and gravity are still pulling her down which made her head smash right on that metal bar (or the concrete)

Worth noting she has no foot wear (if not flung out of frame, which isn't very likely considering picture #6 showing the outfit she had on) so we can exclude the possibility of being murdered/died outside, this possibly could have happened indoors or nearby, so the only explanation is her falling down.

I'd stick to this explanation which makes a lot of sense until we know the full story.

Additionally whatever metal is on the side is bent which could explain the scars she has on her buttcheeks.

So the scenario went like this: Fell on her right foot on that metal bar which broke her ankle while still accelerating downwards, smashed her back against that metal and fell right on her head this makes sense when you see the fracture is on the right side too and the bruises on her shoulder where she landed as well.

This must've been a very high building, she fell with such a big force.

This theory is the closest thing yet.

I never even thought of it being an accidental fall, I just assumed that she had been pushed.

Notice also, the surgeon mask on her face, the bag next to her + also the palm of her right hand is black. Maybe electrocuted, surely not though, it'd look worse than that. Or is it dirt (grease perhaps), maybe she grabbed onto something when trying to steady herself (if she did fall)?

Back on topic...I've seen bruising (on her eye) like that before. Reeva Steenkamp had similar bruising too. Although it looks like a blackeye, it was actually caused from being shot in the head.
