Russia - 4 Dead + 6 Injured in Road Accident
On the afternoon of 7th August 2020 on the Рамонь – Сенное (Ramon-Sennoe) motorway (Russia), 4 people were killed + 6 more were injured in a road accident. The driver of a Lada Granta crashed into a Lada Kalina, which resulted in a collision with another Lada Granta + a Mitsubishi ASX. The emergency services were still on the scene until the evening. 2 of the injured had to be cut out of the cars, with 1 of the injured being in a serious condition. The 38 year old driver of the cause of the crash, died at the scene, as did 2 of his passengers (aged 28 + 48 years). The 68 year old passenger of the other Lada Granta was also killed. It's said that the driver + passengers of the first Lada Granta were intoxicated, having been drinking alcohol at a café shortly before the crash.
