Based on the thighs, and the blouse, I'd say that was a woman. Either that woman was deaf and/or blind, or she did this intentionally, cuz how the hell could a person not know that truck was coming? I mean, what gives? Stuff like this almost NEVER happens on Interstate 95, which is about one of the busiest super highways int he world!
