Rotting Man Pulled Out of Cambodian River

31st July 2016, Central Province, Cambodia - The decomposing body of a man was found at the mouth of the river Prek Taben. Identity, even ethnicity remains unknown. Presumably the body will be taken to hospital, hopefully identified and be released to family to perform traditional funerary rites.

Doesn't look like a surfer band. I think it might have been rope attached to move the body, possibly.
