Unfortunately, according to Wisconsin law, he is old enough to openly carry a rifle in public. The judge even threw out the weapons charge yesterday.

On the other had, Mr. Gage, the guy whose bicep he blew off, was conceal-carrying a pistol while having an expired concealed carry permit. That's an actual felony, but no one is going to do anything about it.
