I've been watching the trial every day and it's incredible that they actually just found drone footage . They had other footage that was not as clear and then just a few days ago, the prosecution was given a very clear drone view of one of the shootings. Now reaching for my weapon and pointing a gun at me I'd have shot for sure don't get me wrong. I think he will get off completely or at least with a super reduced charge. As he should but just the skate board thing I wouldn't have killed. But trying to take my gun or pointing one at me I for sure would've.

The prosecutor is doing a bad job as of right now to remove all doubt. Which he can't because there will always be a little doubt there. He doesn't have a ton to be worried about to be honest.

Newly released Joseph Rosenbaum sex offender documents obtained by Wisconsin Right Now from the Pima County (Arizona) Clerk of Courts confirm Joseph Rosenbaum was charged by a grand jury with 11 counts of child molestation and inappropriate sexual activity around children, including anal rape. The victims were five boys ranging in age from nine to 11 years old.

He might be convicted on a fire arms charge but I doubt since a lot of people are saying he reached for his gun and one guy had a gun and either on purpose or by accident pulled it and raised it towards him and then he shot, that Kyle will be convicted of murder. Have been dealing with J's for the last four years I've been charged with knives tire irons all sorts of shit and have never shot one of them.
