As Huber tried to grab the gun, Rittenhouse pointed it at his body and fired one round, according to the complaint. Huber was seen staggering away and then fell to the ground, the complaint said. He was shot in the heart just below the left nipple, the bullet tried to exit showing a bruise on his right shoulder.

Play stupid games, win stupid prizes. Huber was out there starting shit and terrorizing a community.. Rittenhouse was trying to defend local businesses from looters. The real domestic terrorism problem will never be addressed by the media because the media is perpetuating the problem.  |

I've been watching the trial every day and it's incredible that they actually just found drone footage . They had other footage that was not as clear and then just a few days ago, the prosecution was given a very clear drone view of one of the shootings. Sadly, this is what happens when a cocky 17 year old who can't even legally buy a pack of cigarettes has access to this type of weapon and is walking around the streets during a protest declaring that he's a medic with a first aid kit and is only there to protect property.. When people approached him and tried to call him out on really being there to cause trouble, he shot them in " self defense". Whether or not he felt threatened at those very moments, no one can ever say for sure. However, if he had not been there to begin with carrying around that type of weapon that was illegal for him to have, and if he had actually stayed at the car lot that he said he was there to protect instead of running around the streets pretending to be an EMT, then none of this would have happened.

If Rittenhouse had been a black man, he'd be in jail or in the cemetery and no one else would have been shot.
