Rotten Body on the Slab
A rotting corpse, said to be that of Anna Nicole Smith on the website that I found the pic on, laid out on the coroner's autopsy slab. Whoever the fuck this is, it's a great pic.

The smell of the contents of the abdominal/thoracic cavity would knock most people flat like a ton of bricks.
