Two unrelated sets here that I came across while searching for something specific that I did not find.

Both of these are couples who committed double-suicide by drinking poison. The first couple chose to kill themselves in a temple courtyard by drinking pesticides. Not a pleasant way to go, as it happens. Usually results in agonizing pain and vomiting, pissing, and shitting all over the place as the poison wrecks your insides. They were a young couple from neighboring villages (he was 20 she was 19) and their respective families would not allow them to marry, so they drank bug killer instead.

Second couple are slightly older and chose the (relative) privacy of a hotel bed for their double-dose of lethality. The husband had gotten into some trouble with business and they were broke, so they drank poison together in shame.
