On Wednesday night a strangled woman was found, tied hand and foot, and with traces of torture in an address in Iguala.

The report of the finding was made around 09:00 at night, and it was done by a relative of the deceased, identified as "N", 52, who located her when she went to her home, located in the street of PRI of the El Capire colony.

The authorities reported that she was strangled with a belt, she had wounds from a knife and one side of her body was the murder weapon.

The room where they found her was in complete disarray, so they presume that it was a robbery.

Thanks to Minka1 I researched this more thoroughly and found several reports stating torture, gangs etc. This is the best report I can find.


The woman was beheaded inside her house and everything seems to have been in a satanic ritual
On March 13, a crime shocked the residents of Iguala, Guerrero, as a woman of approximately 50 years of age, identified as 'N', was found executed inside her home.

The terrible finding was on the part of her son, who saw her tied hand and foot, in addition to having her throat cut, apparently in an attempt of satanic ritual, according to local media.

Everything happened around 8:30 p.m., when the emergency services received the report that in the El Capire colony there was the body of a woman if life; elements of the Municipal Police arrived at the place and found the victim's son, who told them how he had found his mother.

When the authorities saw the scene they were able to observe a rather 'macabre' or peculiar scene, as there were clothes lying on the floor, the house completely untidy, and on the clothes was the woman with her throat cut.

On the floor next to the victim the letters 'T' and 'A' were drawn with blood; also, in the kitchen of the house was a five-pointed star enclosed in a circle which had also been painted with blood, so the area was cordoned off and experts from the State Attorney General's Office (FGE) conducted the corresponding proceedings.

Poor woman, probably she was tied while the robbery and was shot as a good-bye. What a pretty house, really reflects she was a charming lady

No way was this a robbery gone wrong. Probably gang cartel retaliation on someone’s mom.

I've not got much time as getting kids ready for school but just found 3 reports that state she was 50, involved in some gang activities, there were 3 letters written on the floor in blood and she had been tortured.
