Robber That Escaped Once from Precinct & Twice from Jail Shot in Neck & Back
A man, 21 years old, was killed yesterday by shots from a firearm.
He was shot at a bus stop with a single shot in the neck and another one in the back and died on the spot.

He was charged with a robbery where he killed a cadastre employee during an attempted robbery.

He was arrested, but escaped from the precinct. When recaptured he was transferred to the local prison where he escaped twice.

After the first escape, in the month of March, he was recaptured and brought back to the jailhouse from where he fled again in June together with 6 other inmates at the time where one of them was shot and killed.
