He might be. He seems to be holding his arm up, and there really aren't signs of major trauma or blood loss like on most of the others. My guess is that those 2 were in the vehicle that didn't get demolished.

I just noticed how far from the wreckage the body in the last picture is. I can't even see a road in any of the pictures, except a little bit of brown dirt, which hardly seems like it could have been travelled fast enough to cause the kind of damage we see in that one vehicle.

Looks like the vehicle overturned quite a few times, throwing people as it went.
