Ritual Execution?
Not sure what this is about but, I know British soldiers in WW2 used to wrap the bodies of Palestinian insurgents in pig skin prior to burial to prevent the spirit leaving the body for paradise.(You would need to be a Muslim to believe this of course ;-) This probably helped prevent some terrorist attacks at that time. Perhaps this is also happening here?
