That looks like a case of someone driving well beyond their abilities. Even cars that are basically economy shitboxes like that one have the ability to go fast with a tailwind.

Kind of makes me scared for when my kid starts driving... if I still have what I have now when she does start. My slowest car is my wife's car with a 220hp V6.
