No this man in the with shirt is Zadok Yehezkeli he workt for a news paper Yediot Achronot from isreal ..

Unfortunately I have no pictures of him that he is dead I think there is a video somewhere where images can be seen shortly after the impact of cluster bombs used wherever you see the pictures of
