Call it what you want, their own point of view obviously does not count! Soldiers could never be imprisoned in illegal facilities like Guantanamo. And this is exactly, what I wanted to point out: There is no difference between Blackwater and the Taliban. They both are illegal combattants as law of war does not apply to both of them.
