Rachel Corrie (23) -American- Tom Hurndall (22) -British- Tom Hurndall passed away on January 13 2004. He was barely 22 years old. In fact, Tom had already ceased to live the life of an enterprising and passionate young man since April 11 2003 when an Israeli soldier aimed and shot him in the head, with the sole objective of killing him, otherwise he would have aimed for his lower body. Rachel Corrie was 23 years old when she was crushed to death by an Israeli army bulldozer on March 16, 2003. She was working with others trying to protect the home of a Palestinian pharmacist from demolition in Rafah, Gaza Strip, Palestine.  · |

I'm so familiar with the image of protestors standing in front of bulldozers to stop them, but this is the first I've heard of the driver going ahead and running them over.  And why snipe the other guy? He wasn't even a soldier |
