Rectal Cancer
These are examples of a common variety rectal cancer well within the reach of an examiner's finger. If this individual would have had a rectal exam about a year prior, the cancer would never have gotten this far. It would have been detected. This is a good example of the importance of physicians not to overlook giving a rectal exam.
