A 23 year old woman who was in rehab for drug addiction was gunned down while crossing the street. The young woman was in the middle of the street when she was surprised by six men who opened fire on her with a barrage of gunfire. She was hit by at least ten bullets and fell and died on the spot. The police believe they can catch the killers.

Maybe they targeted her purposely. Drug addicts are known to steal to fund their habits. Maybe she stole from the wrong people.

If you follow the, "12 Steps Program", you are supposed to make good, (for lack of a better word), to all of the people you have wronged and avoid any people, places and things that remind you of your addiction.

I lost three brothers to addiction and if all of your friends drink or do drugs, you're pretty much stuck, especially later in life.

It's not easy to kiss all of friends, if any are still alive, goodbye and find all new friends overnight.
