Correct: it's a reenactment made at Buchenwald that was created in 1958 for an East German DEFA (the state-owned film studio in the German Democratic Republic) film.
It was even included in the old Dachau Museum
(this photo was taken there in 2001)

but it's not in the new Dachau Museum (which opened in 2003)
