Putrified Body Found in the Paraná River
Yesterday afternoon, Thursday, February 7, 2019, around 1:00 p.m., the Fire Department were activated following an emergency phone call describing the sighting of a corpse of a person in a stream that flows into the Paraná River, near the Island, in the Jardim Jupira neighborhood. The search team descended the ravine of Rio by Raul Pompéia Street, in the Jupira Garden, but the place was difficult to access, so the use of a boat of the Fire Department was necessary, who then located the corpse already in an advanced state of putrefaction. The Police and the Legal Medical Institute were activated. At the site, it was not possible to determine the cause of death, and the male corpse was referred to the IML morgue for an autopsy procedure, where they must diagnose the cause of death and other procedures that lead to the identification of the body.        |
